If you can't be nude at the moment, the only thing to do right now is being patient... do some research about nudism-friendly places, perhaps do some web search about like-minded people in your area with whom you could be together now already at their place to bare it, and as soon as you're old enough to move out from your parents' place, find a place to live where nudity has its places, like clothing-optional lakes, rivers, or by the seaside.

One informational web site is the Federation of Canadian Naturists: http://www.fcn.ca/.

Don't worry, in time, your nude and barefoot soul will get its opportunity to spread its wings and fly free.
And: welcome to the forums! :)

    Wiggling bare toes,

Sleep nude? In the privacy of your own room, with no one around, go for it.

Well, New Brunswick is mostly rural, and no doubt you're not far from some woods. You can tell the folks you're "going for a hike" and find a place out there to be naked. If you're fortunate, you might locate a spot where you can swim nude, but be warned--you'll never willingly wear a swimsuit again. Maybe you have a friend or two who'd be willing to join you.

Years ago I did some nude walking and swimming in Fundy National Park. It was a nice place, but I've never been back.
