I had just finished paying the commercial carpet cleaners , btw whole house for $79, good deal. After they had left, I sat down at my computer to check email when BAM, i was in severe pain on my right side and around back. I had had a kidney stone b4, but fuck, this made that feel like a pin prick for a blood test. I was instantly doubled over not being able to move for about half hour. I called the wife at work and asked her to come home so she could take me to ER, i had already looked up amblances because I didnt know what this was. While she made her way home, I got my pills out and took a 30mg roxy. By the time we got to hospital, i was still in immense pain, the 30 hadnt kicked in or hadnt worked at that point. What is normally a 2hr wait to see a Doc, i was only waiting for about 15 mins when I was wheeled in back and took pee test, results showed i did in fact have blood in my urine. When blood was found in urine, they did an MRI to confirm the stone which is 3mm in size, about average. But that little thing cause me to consider an ambulance, didnt hesitate to take a 30mg roxy.......etc
After all the paperwork was done I had been handed a script for 90 10mg Toradol, which i think is the best non narcotic pain reliever cause it works for me and 40 10mg percs, like I needed more Opiates. Oh well, its too fucking hard to deal with a stone without opiates, so here I am, back taking some.

Sorry to hear about your kidney stones, I know how you feel. When I got my first one my dad told me it was because of all the black pepper I eat, not sure if there is any truth to this.

I'm assuming that you were pulling yourself away from them (title of post)?
Sorry to hear about the stones as well. I've had one as well and urinated it out with very little issue. The doctor said it was about 1MM so that is most likely why it caused little to no pain at all.

Hopefully it will break down a bit or at least you'll have a little relief when passing it.

Well my first stone passed without me knowing it. Of course at the time of the first one I was already on the Opiate train and quite possibly medicated myself to the point of not feeling it. This pain however came right through a 30mg Roxy and that had been my first one in a month and a half. I sit here right now, having taken 1 roxy and 200mg of Nucynta and it still hasnt killed the pain, just taken the edge off. If I let the oxy get out of my system I have no doubt id be in sever pain like last night. I was told my stones are more than likely due to the 48-60 ozs of Mt Dew I drink daily. I have stopped that for now, hopefully forever. That much daily soda can do some harmful shit to u over time, not to mention the weight i can keep on drinking that stuff.

Yes. Quit all sodas, go on a Vegan diet. Avoid processed foods with all those crazy chemicals, and anything that has a lot of salt or refined sugar, it's bad for you.

You should read the book: Vegan Freak. It's helped me out a lot.

    Hope u feel better.

Using drugs is always by choice. Whether you were in pain or not, it was your decision.

You should not go on a veagan diet, and just eat healthier. I won't go into all the details, but the simplest way I look at it is this; The human body has evolved to eat meat and plants (fruits and veggies). Their is no need to go extremes. If anything, I think being a veagan or a vegetarian is unhealthy.
