Hey guys. I know a lot of people don't like extensions. But I personally do and had decided to put them in. I bought human hair and waited patiently to get it. It came in yesterday. Oddly it doesn't look like enough. I have a friend who has done extensions before and she's coming over at some point to check out the hair and see if it is indeed too little. I figure if it is then I'll just put the extensions in my back dreads and wait till I can get more hair for the rest. My question is, does anyone know how much hair the average dreadhead needs? The package I bought was 70 grams of 20 inch long hair. *hugs*
And also how thick you were planning to have them because asking how much hair is needed, is kinda like asking how long is a piece of string.

Yeah, I don't think you're going to have enough. Also, I thought that was yer mum rummaging through a washing basket. Get well soon, doggeh. I'd get an extra lot roughly the same you have there. Should cover it.

Just feel at your roots, how many hair you've got there, and then you take the same amount from the new hair.
