Usually at night after I meditate and when I am in the bathroom. I have always felt a strong presence in the bathroom. Sometimes at night it wakes me but then I wonder if it is just my mind playing tricks on me.
hmm, i often hear them right before I fall asleep, i have managed to stay in that state for a while (it took me a couple of months to do that) and they say some interesting things and a couple of times I was able to ask them some things. But it's still difficult because I am still confused to what exactly I am hearing (where they are from, who are they, etc..) It's interesing that you hear them in the bathroom, have you tried listening in any other room?
