Homemade tattoo ink?

Anybody know how?

 

Yep, this is the exact stuff that I've used in the past. I did my first tattoo 7 and a half years ago, it's still clear and hasn't bled or faded.

 

Where do I buy that?

 

If you live in Canada you can buy it a Michael's (crafts store). If you're in the US, try Grand & Toy (if y'all have those), Staples, K-Mart, Walmart. That'd be my guess anyways.
