Hey everyone. My husband, me, our girlfriend, our two kids, and our dog are all going to be moving to San Diego some time this year. My husband is in the military (yeah, I'm a hippie and married to a military man...I'm aware of the irony) and is going to be stationed there for the next 5 years or so. We have the orders to go, we just haven't been told when yet (sometime between July and October). We're definitely an eclectic type of family. We've lived in San Diego before and I'm so stoked to be going back! I swear, Cali is the only place where I ever felt like I belonged. lol Right now we're in NY...not as cool. Anyway, while we're still in touch with some of our friends in SD I felt that maybe meeting some more people would be cool. Yeah, I'm the type who likes to meet new people all the time. lol I'm just really social that way. lol If you're interested then send me a PM or write on here or something. Awesome! See this is why I like the net. Bringing people together. lol I'll definitely let you all know when I move down there! I can't wait. I swear SD is the only place where I ever felt at home (lived there for 10 years before moving back to NY. Can't wait to get back to the sunshine state!)
Cool, I look forward to you meeting you. GB and I have attempted to meet up a couple of times but our schedules haven't met up yet. This last week has been bad timing with the car dieing, I have a scooter now and am trying to get everything updated to roll. I've really enjoyed it here..
Awesome. From the looks of it we won't be there till the end of the year. We were just told that it won't be until after August. Probably around October. Kind of sucks because I didn't want to take the kids out of school and then put them in a new school midway through, especially since we're going to be driving cross country. But oh well. It'll still be really cool to meet you guys once we're finally there!
