For me I always love some Floyd, especially Green Is The Colour. It's so damn peaceful. Also, if I feel any bad vibes coming my way, just throw on Sloop John B by The Beach Boys and bam I'm instantly singing along joyfully. Gotta love music while tripping.
I consider The Grateful Dead to be the ultimate shrooming music. I know that they were a huge acid band and yeah I do love them on acid too, but Hendrix is GOD when you take acid. Maybe the Dead's earlier recordings can compete. With that said, I have never experienced as much love, appreciation, and deep emotional feeling for music as when I'm shrooming to the Dead. The best word is "wonderful." That word summarizes mushrooms, in my opinion. For acid, I would have to go with "beautiful." Yeah those words are relatively close in meaning, but if you have the same experience as I do with those two great life tools then you know what I'm talking about . My girlfriend tripped for her first time, on shrooms, this past Thursday. We smoked some herb, talked, and watched the Dead's Truckin' Up to Buffalo DVD. She said it was the best relationship therapy she could imagine because of how close she felt to me . I am so grateful that she gave God's magical fungi its deserving chance! Much love to everyone

If you dig Ravi Shankar I heavily recommend Zakir Hussain as well, especially the album Vanaprastham! Btw: not as freaky as the sleeve may seem on shrooms

Well before my last trip, i was expecting to be rockin floyd or the like, but ended up listening to something entirely different. And for me, at least in the shroomed mindstate, enjoyed it much much more as it's much happier and more upbeat. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-ooco8fE-k&feature=related Ignore the fact that it's the theme song for 16 and pregnant, there are superior songs on the album (succession, I guess), unfortunately the album is not well known so this was the only song on youtube. Really though, if you want a trip with powerful emotional happiness and childlike contentment, check this album out
