I gained a lot of weight when I was in high school (quickly) and for a while it didn't bother me, but lately I've been really sick and the weight is falling off. When (if) they're able to cure me, I'd like to work myself into an alternative lifestyle so that the weight doesn't pile back on, because even though I'm sick, I'm starting to feel a little bit better about myself.. But the only thing is is these stretch marks on my lower stomach, hips and the backs of my knees. They're not like huge and unsightly but I'd like to get rid of them or dull them as much as I can. What's the best thing for it?
Viteamin e i think, fish oils, olive leaf estract, u could get creams i wouldnt tho, maby aloveria, give it time or just close ur eyes, ; )
I've had the same thing. I lost a few inches last summer, and my thighs and belly have complained. I'm not worrying too heavily now, though I'm getting ready to start using something called Bio-Oil on them when I have time.
