Feds Raid 26 Montana Medical Marijuana Dispensaries

    Federal agents raided 26 marijuana dispensaries in Montana in 13 cities, claiming they were illegal operations. The Feds also seized a number of bank accounts related to the dispensaries. One of the charges against the dispensaries is that they didn't do the required financial reporting.

    The Feds claim that these were "criminal enterprises" who manufactured and distributed marijuana illegally. They claim that those dispensaries following state law were not affected.

    I know ita been said b4 but there just selling weed and the moneys not being laudered to a gang or mafia.

    I swear I hate these dea punks. I understand that its part of there job but fuck these marijuana bust. Waste of time. Should be busting rapist, thiefs, gang bangers but no they go after the easy ass target.

    the newly-minted teabagging legislature, frustrated in their efforts to repeal the mm law, is not trying to tighten the requirements to the point of eliminating over 90% of the current patients

    I hear they're poppin' providers all over the state right now...
    You know all these growers are gonna be in violation one time or another, the way the law is written. Also, how hard would it be for the cops to break a stem off one of your six legal plants, stab it in the dirt and say,
    "well look at that... why, you've got seven pot plants right there! :bobby:
