Pakistan has released that American CIA contractor who was charged in the death of two Pakistani citizens after payment of $1.4-2.3 million to the family. This mercenary/spy who worked for Blackwater/Xe, was facing calls for the death penalty. But once the family received the money they no longer wanted to press charges.

This is American style justice, the Rich and connected go free, even in a case of outright murder... Another murderer walks free thanks to $$$.

This was the pakistani justice system. Payment to families is legal remedy for murder in pakistan, if in the process, the murderer is forgiven by the family.

Probably Blkwater or CIA paid off family using local government cover up so Clinton probably would not be in the real know or would not admit american blind justice lady stands with one eye peeking under the eye cover to catch the cash

Yep, money is often accepted as compensation, depending on the social ranking of the "citizens" killed.

And if this guy was a merc, which is a distinct possibility because the US outsources so much of its work now, Hilary is probably not lying... Most mercs are smart enough to have contingencies in place for the times they get caught. He was probably a part of the team and the hardest part was negotiating how much would be paid, publicly and privately.

The men he killed were trying to kill or kidnap him. He was within his rights to defend himself. Welcome home, Ray.

"murder" is probably a misleading word here. i imagine they were government ordered hits relating to the war on terror. ...not like this was a bar fight
