I thoroughly enjoy living on the Canadian Shield.

Poor Japan...holy crap.

 

I love living on the coast enough that I am willing to risk it, even though I am in an incredibly earthquake prone area. There are dangers everywhere and if you spend your life being paranoid about it all, well then, that sounds like a sad life.

If I lived somewhere else I could get killed by a flood, or a drought or a tornado, ect...

 

But what if Godzilla comes wearing a Red Cross t-shirt and handing out bottled water and canned goods? He's changed, I swear!!!
