First time Hydromorphone user

Within the next week i will be experiencing Dilly for the first time any tips on dosage or fun shit to do while nodding out on some dil?

 

As for dosage it depends what your tolerance is like, 4mg snorted is about equal to 30mg Oxycodone.
It is a bit more euphoric, but, it doesnt last long at all.
For me it only lasts about 1h30m.
I like playing resident evil 5 when im really high.
Actually, I like playing RE5 all the time.

 

Means of administration is crucial. Orally you won't get squat - but as MagdaOpana says - you can snort abut 4 mg. Still , IV is the most effective means of administration. For a newbie - either 1 or 2 mg.

 

I doubt a beginner is going to be up for IV administration, but, he is definitely correct. There are very few fillers and binders and dilaudid is particularly easy to shoot up. But, yeah, it'll only last about an hour or so and it's a chance a beginner shouldn't take.
Insufflation is your mainline safest ROA.

 

Safely and cleanly done, I do not see a problem IV'ing. The only problem that occurs stems from a lack of self control.

I think the right person can handle it, and hydromorphone is a waste unless IV'd.

 

hmm well i have 5 8mg Extended release dilly tabs is it safe to IV the dilly since its extended release still?

 

Continuous release dilaudid is canadian. I'm pretty sure it is not made in America anymore, and, I wouldn't shoot Hydromorph-Contin

 

Well these pills are from a friends prescriptions and its Hydromorphone HCL so if im understanding right it would be alright to IV (i live in Canada)

 

is it a capsule full of little beads? or a solid pill? continuous release hydromorphone looks like little beads. if not then you have a K8, I would recommend using the pill identifier on drugs.com to make sure what it is

Well Sh**. I saw those pills and my mouth started watering and I got a semi-erection. Crap - no chance in hell of getting any.
