Etsy to no longer allow the sale of "certain" glass pipes

As the title says, Etsy is no longer allow the sale of glass pipes which are considered to be possible drug paraphernalia, even though they claim they will allow some vendors to keep selling their glass pipes.

I for one am pretty disappointed in them, but oh well. I'm sure the sales of glass attracted a lot of people to the Etsy website and encouraged them to look around at stuff other than glass, but that's their loss now.


(If you don't know what Etsy is, it's basically an online store where vendors can set up profiles and sell their handmade goods through the website. The website *used* to have lots of glass for sale).

 

I just get my Crack pipes from Sunoco gas station, they even sell the Chore boy...

Etsy needs to grow a fucking brain really..

 

Too bad Etsy never got into selling spice blends on their website.. then they might really have infringed on the gas station monopoly.

I'm said to have seen it come and go, but there are other, better marketplaces for glass.

 

Stupid that they are attacking the glass blowers making pipes and the such but do nothing to those that resell shit from hobby lobby with other shit glued to it for exuberant amounts or money or the people that resell stuff outright claiming it as their own with a ridiculous mark up.
