Telepathy & blurring of borders between two peoples' personalities?

Okay, i won't go into detail. But you know when you're tripping and talking to somebody and you sort of become them... almost like you're looking at a mirror having a conversation with yourself, then you snap back to reality and you're like "omg i just became you".

Anyway.. has anyone experienced that or maybe even something more than that? Like telepathy... I've done a lot of psychedelics and LSD definately has the weirdest shit... like feeling distortions in time-space all around you.. (me and my girlfriend both felt this major disturbance in time-space one time, simultaneously).

I find myself WTFing a lot on blotter... though i try my best to extract all spiritual and subconcious values from it as I can.

 

the first time i did acid i was with one of my best friends. he was tripping too. we would just lock eye contact and have entire conversations without ever saying a word. straight up telepathy. shits real.

 

i had an experience like that on 2ce. i was tripping on it with a friend i had recently met. we were talking on the comedown i think, and finding out all these similarities between us. also factoring in the feelings of "oneness" that often accompany psychedelics, i said to him "i didn't know i was you, dude"

 

I have to try this stuff.

 

This happened to my brother after I gave him 50mg of DMT.

Anytime he tried to talk, the people in the room formed a circle around him and speak for him.

 

This exact thing happened to me while on mushrooms. I have heard others who have experienced the same thing.

 

I have experienced both telepathy and "blurring" of borders between two people's personalities and changed voice, thinking and even kind of morphed look.. of course that was alway experienced during peak experience. I think I experienced that mostly on higher doses of LSD and didn't experience that on most other psychedelics.

 

i some times feel like the more i know about people the less i know about them on lsd. almost feel akward like we cant communicate the same way. they are talking but i cant really understand what there talking about. maybe its just me....

 

I believe that when that happens, you believe that you have a deeper connection with the other person because of the drugs that you're on. There's no telepathy or mystical/mythical powers involved, just the drugs. There are things where you appear to be reading minds or have esp, but it's just your mind reading the reactions of the person and telling you what it thinks.

 

The first shroom trip I ever had was sort of like this. I took 1.5 grams of dried shrooms, which may not seem like a lot , but I live on Prince Edward Island, and our shrooms grow very very potent due to our rich soil. Anyways, I tripped out really hard, total out of body experience. I felt as if I had died, and my body was in the Emergency room, getting operated on, while my mind was still in the room I was in. THEN, once that stoped, I went outside for a smoke with one of my 4 friends that was there at the time, and I felt like I was still talking to my other 2 friends, liek I could read their minds without even seeing them. Then the 2 other friends decided they'd go for a walk to the store, still tripping out. So I got really scared that they were going to trip out and get hit by a car or something! Basically the whole trip I was out of body, in my friends minds and could feel where they were, what they were doing etc.

 

okay for anyone curious about this, you should really look up some zen teachings..... specifically be Shunryu Suzuki.... if you want a flat answer.... when you peak on enough lsd you become buddha, and all of us are buddha therefore we see the oneness of everything.... everything we see is us. we are the universe

my mate and i were tripping to two tabs and he has a cat
the cat was lookinbg prettty trippy and it went outside the door
suddenly my mate stood up at the foot of the door and was looking ahead of him
curious, i stood up to see what he was looking at and his cat was staring at us sooo intensly and at an instant me and my mate both went "wow!" or something and we jumped and the cat jumped all at the same time
it felt like all our minds simultaneously crossed or something
its was prettty crazy
anyone had anything similar or explanations??

One time when me and my tripping buddy were tripping on both our highest doses yet, him 4 and myself 3, we felt something similar. It was about 5 hours in and we had both just smoked a bowl, we got a little giggly and hazy and I made a joke that he didn't understand. Right then we both realized that before that we had been the most "one minded" I had ever felt with anyone, a deep clear understanding and very brother like. I'd been thinking earlier about how much my buddy reminded me of my little brother, somethin i'd never thought of before.

But when i was cracking up at this joke i'd made and he was sitting there confused, it was like we both felt the ripples of the misunderstanding, then it felt like a cell dividing in two, and we were both in our individual "bubbles" again. I drew a picture of what i'd felt right after when we were talking about it and he said that's what he'd felt too

 

Ya just as lysergicengineering said telepathy is linked to the fact that we are all one to begin with anyways. It's not that one entity is using some supernatural power to read someone else's mind, instead it has to do with expanding one's consciousness from focusing primarily on the body (aka one's ego) to other life forms and the rest of the universe. There's no other person's 'mind' or stream of consciousness to read that is external, it is essentially yours as well. So in a way your just 'reading' your own mind lolz. Psychedelics can give people a quick (and effortless) glimpse of that underlying unity inherent in everything. However, of course that glimpse has a beginning and an end because it arises from an external factor (LSD) instead of from one's own spiritual progress.

One time I was tripping in the woods with some friends on a bunch of acid and my friend suddenly became an ant he saw on the ground and intuitively understood what it was to be that ant completely. But as he became the ant he didn't realize his human body was still in motion so he ended up stepping on himself (aka the ant) and then dying and coming back into his human body and just being like "SHIT!" HAHa
I've had a bunch of 'psychic' experiences sober or on psychedelics myself as well but I just thought it'd be good to point out that these experiences aren't limited to connecting with higher life forms, such as humans, but can happen with any living creatures
