Alright so a while ago I remember finding a link of this hour long video on youtube of an upload of some amazing movie about how to talk to police, and how to deal with certain police situations. It was focused on teenagers and marijuana/drinking/driving laws. The movie was narrated/created by some former cop/lawyer or something. The format of the video was where it would show a group of teenagers doing the wrong thing, review what they did wrong, show what they should have done, then replay the incident with them safely getting away because of their new knowledge on the subject. Does anyone know this video? Please, it's a great video and I recommend all people to see it.
i think this is the one you are looking for. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yqMjMPlXzdA&feature=related"]YouTube - BUSTED: The Citizen's Guide to Surviving Police Encounters
yes it is thank you the only problem with this video is it's dated and it's ambiguous as to how changes in state law affect these principles.
i think that is a very basic guide. 'yes sir no sir' and just don't be an idiot is just a better thing to do. and knowing the laws surrounding the illegal things you are thinking about taking part in - probably going to be best
yea but state laws really change the playing field this didnt help for shit when i got arrested... its still good to know though
well then you have to dive into your city and state laws. you have to know those things. and remember too, that they HATE it when you know your rights. LOATHE it and will make you suffer for it.
search for ordinances, municipal codes http://www.pacode.com/secure/browse.asp just dig a little, almost everything is on the internet.
alright thanks, teens in general should know this shit because I feel they are a common target for police harrasement and abuse
