Hello. My wife and son and I are looking for a communal living situation this coming summer. We live in Chapel Hill right now and would love to stay in NC. I am an HVAC technician and can do lots of electrical as well as carpentry stuff. We also have a 245 watt solar system with battery bank and would be able to bring that with us and could run most lights and electronics off of it. If a small family is something that sounds like it would fit the mix then please let me know.
