Ever trip at school?

Last weekend I got this weak blotter acid, one was enough for noticable threshold effects.

Anyway, I got two hits of this stuff from the same kid that he said is "a little better" so I'm guessing like 40-50 ug a piece if I had to make a random guess. This newer stuff is porforated and plain white. I'm a senior in high school so all my classes are pretty chill and fun, I'm taking the two hits tommorow before school. I find it odd that it's white and porf, most of the white shit I've had before was unporf.

Either way, this will be my first time tripping at school. Cheating on my quiz is gonna be interesting to say the least. I'll study just in case I get too sketched out trying to cheat.

I tripped at my college on 2ci and San Pedro but not during class, I did take ketamine a couple times right before class.

 

My friend dosed one tab of supposed LSD at 11 o'clock on a Sunday evening hoping the trip would subside by 5-6 the next morning. It lasted the full 12 hours. Her pupils were pretty big the majority of the day. That day in her physics class, the teacher gave a random lecture about drugs and said "If you want to be successful, be like *friend's name* here," while she was contemplating the floor LOL. Do you guys think the large pupils are enough to give a tripper away?

 

If your school looks anything like the high school I went to, tripping at school sounds like the worst thing in the world. Grey congrete walls, a general prison atmosphere? plain white linoleum floors? Boring motivational posters? Annoying people that would weird you out on a regular day, much less a day when you're tripping? Teachers that stare you down and keep eye contact with you for 10 seconds at a time to make sure you're paying attention? If this sounds like your school at all, I really really would not recommend it.

When things start to go bad during a trip and you're in your own space or somewhere where you feel comfortable, there are always things to do to turn the trip around, but if the trip starts to go bad at school you are stuck there and you are absolutely fucked

 

Tripping at school would be the last place I want to be...

 

my highschool probably would have been interesting to trip at. pretty cool old building, way chill teachers and it was an open campus, so if things got too weird you could just walk off campus to the park.

i, however, wouldn't simply because i felt that school is for school and education - but then again if i could go back to highschool for a week i'd probably do some crazy shit, knowing what i know now

 

Tripping at my school wouldn't have been very fun at all. We had over 5,000 students and about 1/3 of them were gang members. You couldn't walk through the halls without bumping into 2-3 people every couple of seconds. As much as we had to watch our backs at that school, psychedelia would've made things pretty hectic. lol It would've been interesting though, to say the least.

 

Oh man, back in highschool ('70s :wheelchair a bunch of us would score some microdots or whatever blotter was around and take them at the same time during school. (Usually 3rd period).
The thing was, sometimes you would forget you had class with one of your fellow trippers, and the slightest eye contact would cause instant giggling, usually escalating into uncontrollable laughter that would either get us kicked out of class, or one of us had to just get up and leave.

Once four of us had the same biology class, all those funny sounding latin names and shit...at one point all four of us spontaneously lost it, blurting out full belly laughs and falling out of our desks laughing.
The teacher gave us the most astonished look! Hahahaha!

DO NOT TRIP AT SCHOOL.
There's so many places you could trip and have fun, but sitting in a desk wasting your trip away sounds horrible. I know I couldn't hold it together, maybe you could, but why try?

That sounds like such a 'junkie' thing to say. Only safe place to trip? Just wait another week, an opportunity doesn't show itself? Wait again. You aren't addicted. You don't HAVE to take acid ever, just wait until the best setting possible.

i can see what zombiewolf is saying, but i think the current typical highschool is much different now - whereas if you are suspected of being on drugs, you are likely to be 'arrested' by the school security or scrutinized to the nth degree by teachers

not to mention the actual school is more like a prison block, as somebody mentioned before.

i was lucky to have a pretty laid back high school experience, yet i still don't think i SHOULD have tripped at school...i'm glad i have waited to experience the things i have experienced on LSD. High school is so much of a trip in itself

 

You got it, just an anecdote from my experience,
I don't trip anymore but it's fun to remember sometimes. I was really lucky growing up geographically and era- wise. No doubt todays world is much different.

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't ever recommend anyone do acid at school if you don't have too...don't waste your precious trips, go to the woods or somewhere in nature, if you can.

If you choose to trip anywhere in 'Babylon', just maintain man. No one's gonna know you're tripping if you don't give them any clues. Just act normal. 's pretty easy really, it's one of the amazing things about the substance, imho. You can snap into acting completely straight, even hyper-straight, with a mind as clear as glass, while peaking your ass off, with the right intention of thought... something like a life threatening situation while tripping is a quick way to learn this one...:devil:
...and no, in normal light your eyes are only slightly dilated, no one can tell, not even a goddam doctor. I've looked cops right in the eye while "tripping balls " and they knew none the better. Parents, Principles, Teachers, all dat. :2thumbsup:

This exactly is why I never had any problems, at least externally, when tripping in places like school (college) and at work (try managing a drug store with 13 employees while tripping on some of the fire acid around in the 90's )
But all-in-all it comes down to the person. If you are one of those types that has to be all dramatic and act-out when tripping, don't do it at school. If you can hold your mug and function at a normal level while melting rainbows and purple elves dance around the room, you should have no problem.
As far as life-threatening situations while tripping, done that routine more often than I ever cared too. :dizzy2:

 

I was able to go to the mall on 3 hits last weekend, order food and eat it in the food court. But I was soaked in anxiety the whole time. I kept going over it in my head "if people ask, what do I say I am doing". I was all scruffy looking because I dropped at 6am that morning at my buds house, but his dad came home early so I had to leave. I kept thinking about it.
Thing was that I could LOOK normal, but if I wasn't saying something I have said a million times (like when I ordered food) I couldn't have sounded normal. Also, I kept recognizing people as people I knew, but in that state I couldn't connect the dots as to who they were and how I knew them or their names. Also, I think if someone called my name or something, I probably just wouldn't have responded, because I wouldn't have understood it. I ended up trying to wait the trip out alone in the bathroom stall listening to music.

I'm not a dramatic tripper, but I just don't think I could hold it together at school, I would keep thinking it over and having shitloads of anxiety. I'm in highschool right now, and not only will teachers always be suspicious of drug use, the students will, and they are all SOOOO afraid of anything more than weed like LSD.

 

I find the idea of tripping in school pretty retarded but it's your life.

I don't think I ever tripped at work that I can remember...

Done a lot of:drivingn acid...at night usually,
but there was this one time in Phoenix...(ahh, next time maybe)

 

Lmao, yeah I tripped at school once. It was a pretty interesting experience, I think everyone thought I was just really tired or something. I remember my teacher looked like a witch because she had this big wort on her face and she looked angry. I remember just staring at one of the papers my teacher handed me for most of the class period just trying to understand each sentence at a time on the paper. Then I just forgot about trying to understand the paper and just thought about the paper itself and how it came about. Most of the other class periods I just stared at the window and looked at all the trees and sky and creatures. I remember during one of the class periods I just stared at the desk and was in awe of the wood pattern swirling all around. It was a pretty interesting day, lol

 

Yeah, I agree, tripping at school is really lame
