I'm Sick :(

I've been sick for almost 4 days now, it sucks. And I'm broke so I can't buy any meds.

soupy rice or soupy cornmeal are good foods when you are sick I think because they are easy to digest

I've got a nose that is running like a faucet one minute and completely clogged up the next. My head is pounding and I feel like I've been hit by a freight train. A few days ago the ceiling in my bathroom started leaking. The maintenance man came and cut a hole in the ceiling and ever since I've been sick...probably mold, but I don't really see any. Another thing that sucks is I hardly have any food in the house either, it's a bad week me and my old lady.

Lol, I have enough to make a little but I'm saving it for when I'm super hungry. I have .97 cents to my name until friday...shit happens, I will make it through.

 

can you get food stamps?

 

No, I've applied twice last year and once this year, it pisses me off because my neighbor is married and both her and her husband work and they get food stamps. Oh well, I will just think of it as a new diet plan, lol. I just have to make it till Friday.

 

I think there are community pantries, don't know how you find them though
