Im buying a d4 for the first time. Never done heroin, morphine, or dilaudid so im pretty excited for the rush every one talks about. How long will a 4mg last? and how should i take it? i'd really rather not shoot up. And will i be able to drive and talk to family or friends and seem normal?
Well, for your first time, you are gonna be blissed out hard if you take it by a decent ROA. If you're not into shooting--which is what most people use these for, as it has a rush as strong as good heroin--the second best would be to snort it. The brand name ones dissolve easily and don't leave much of a drip. People also claim that plugging (rectal) is really good, but I haven't tried it yet to know. I'd go for snorts, and if you feel alright to talk, then go for it! If not, just chill for a bit, it doesn't last a long time. My first time doing a 4, I was high as a kite, but everyone is different. Body mass also has a play in it. Be safe! Splitting it in half if it's a generic wouldn't be a bad idea either and try 2 first. Better to be safe than sick! Take it easy!
If you snort it, it will only last about 2 hours. Hydromorphone has a very short half life and very low oral bioavailability, even intranasally it is low; shooting it is your best option, but, in your case just snort it and you'll be fine.
