Nope, not height or weight..penis size is a secondary sex characteristic. It has to do with testosterone and the pituitary gland.

The suspensory ligament that keeps your penis attached to the pubic bone

and

The erectile tissue of the penis that fills with blood

Your penis length is primarily controlled by the length of the suspensory ligament. Your penis width, also called "girth" is primarily controlled by the amount of blood the erectile tissues can hold.

Both of these controlling factors can be modified with exercise leading to increased penis size. Although to varying degrees. The ability of natural penis enlargement exercises to increase a man's length and width is an individual factor. In other words, men's bodies (and their penis size) will not respond exactly the same.

 

Don't forget heredity. If your father or grandfather have big penises, you probably will also.

Just shy of 7". I'm 5'5 and weigh 140 pounds so I think it looks bigger when I'm naked because I have a small frame... works for me! LOL!

Quite frankly - No! (apart from going through puberty)

 

Last I read when in one of my many sexology courses the average is about 5.6 inches. But many things can affect the statistics.

 

According to statistics, it's official that everyone has, on average, less than 2 legs.

I have not measured circumference since I have never felt the desire to do so. I would say I have an average-width member.

As for length, when I was a horny teenager, I measured it at 6 1/2 " erect. I just have a pretty average set of genitalia when it comes down to it.
