Record shops are already just about gone. However, just like anything that has been replaced, there will always be those who prefer records over new technology. It has not been that long since cds became the norm, so there are still millions of people out there who still play records. Not by 2020, but someday.

Yes, the super clapper. If we can ever get out of this economic funk we are in, more homes will be wired up to be smart homes.

This definitely will not happen by 2020. Maybe 100 years in the future. Movies and movie theaters have survived very well against advancing technology.

People can barely write now. They still have to teach it in schools, but most of us do nothing more than write our signature on ocassion. Soon it will probably be done by voice or fingerprint.

Prostitution will never die out. As we become more insulated from society by our technology, the more we will seek out some form of physical interaction. I'll bet before to long it will be perfectly legal to get online and order a prostitute delivered to your door in 30 minutes or less.

Not quite yet. It is going to take the whole world to be wired up before that happens. You would be amazed at how many people here in the US do not have access to a computer.

2020 is the date the high council has given as a deadline
for the removal [extermination] of over 6 billion ppl
the rest sounds correct. 2020 is also the end of the jewish clanedar
and the maya according to a lost maya source.

... the motion thing is right, interface will be [is now] motion/voice guided
even facial expression will bring on results
    personal computers will be obsolete

all desires will be manifest by motions [symbols] which will bring the desired object/event into being via ET craft processing the data ...

the celestial body stored in the craft will live over 20,000 years
the human body [on earth] will live over 1000 years and be replacable
all disease will be cured [for those with acess to tech]

those without tech will be like animals/pets/slaves to those with tech
as the bible says those who live by Gods law will enter this kingdom of paradise
no work, all play and administrate the globe.

the rest will be in a literal hell.
    diseased, ugly, powerless, slaves.

the best foods will be [are] chemicals
    a truely ET diet

Humans [mortals] will see those with tech as being in LIGHT bodies
    appearing as luminescent

    somethin like that.

also the debate on if we can qualify creating our own animal a real animal. and if we should allow an artifical-animal (or robot) that is smart enough to enter our society independently.

I fear for the good old fashioned book. Yes, I'm a boring stuck-in-the-mud for hating Kindle. I think it'll take more than 10 years to make them obsolete though.

I hate the kindle, but I also hate how people waste books leaving them on the shelf and collecting them so they never get read. We should print less books but share them more :)

Television and internet will have destroyed the nuclear family and all forms of local community by 2020.

    1. Unlikely, record stores may dwindle but they'll be around forever. Vinyl records have much better sound quality than mp3s, and speaker technology has proved it.

    2. Very likely

    3. In new buildings perhaps. But nobody is going to take the time to remodel old buildings and their light fixtures for an added convenience for the lazy. So no way.

    4. Unlikely, not everyone can afford a 72 inch tv and stream movies. Movie theatre technology will also improve as well.

    5. Are you fucking serious?! Standard traditional doors are way more energy efficient than any forcefield will ever be. Plus nobody will take the time to remodel old buildings for them.

    6. (see 5)

    7. Highly fucking unlikely. The pen will always be a quick convenient method for short notes and drawing.

    8. Have you seen any virtual sex therapy centers in the design and development phases? No? Me neither.

    9. That would be nice.

    10. Paper-based post has been on the decline. But there's something sentimental about mailing personal letters to ones you truly love. I don't think it will ever become truly obsolete.

do you have a screen that big in your living room in 2020? are you made of ferrous metal? and isn't it better to have sex with a human being, complete with subjectivity, than a sophisticated automaton?

other than the things I bolded, I have no objections to your predictions. and, yeah, self-cleaning carpets would be awesome.

well it necessarily 'kill' them, but it will reduce
    1. A lot of diseases, illnesses and conditions
    2. Global warming/climate change
    3. unpredicted natural disasters
    4. pollution
    5. deforestation
    6. hazardous waste
    7. illiteracy
    8. terrorism/crime
    9. division of humanity (the internet catalyses unity)
    10. injustice
    11. Identity theft/fraud

...or have I missed the point? :)

Let me know when they've figured out an energy efficient way to levitate heavy objects off the ground. Just think how many would survive a flying car car accident. Ain't ever gonna happen.
