35mg 2C-I..... my oh my!

This was one of the most intense experiences I've ever had. A few nights ago a friend and I both ate 35 mg of 2c-i at 6:30pm. We had both only tried it at 20mg once before this, but have above average experience with similiar situations. We were at his house with a fire, the dogs and all that good stuff. We watched tv for an hour and a half and decided to change it to music once the effects came on. I sat on a big comfortable chair and put my arms in my coat because I was really cold.

I noticed the speedyness of it first. My thoughts were racing and it was difficult to focus on anything. Then the visuals crept in. These were the most intense visuals I have ever had. Completely encompassing. The dogs walking around looked like claymation figures. The firewood would slowly melt and shrink away whenever I looked at it. Neither of us moved or spoke for 3 or 4 hours.

We had the zen music channel on directv playing :afro:. I got so lost in deep thougt and overwhelmed with visuals at one point that I felt like I was asleep. It had a very erotic feel, I can see the similarity to mdma, but the unbelievaby intense visuals were the most prominant effect. I kept thinking how great it would be to do this with a female, next time. It crossed my mind that we may have overdone it but we both felt fine. No nausea, normal heartbeats. It was slightly overwhelming at points. I just sat with my arms in my coat and gave myself over to the drug.

Around 10pm the peak started to waver off and we became capable of conversing and walked outside to get firewood. It took 15 minutes and felt like walking in deep mud, it was difficult to see through the visuals, but in a good way. Everything was moving and morphing very fast. It looked like the sky was full of airplanes goind really fast and waves, rather than clouds. Around midnight we watched some movies. The effects remained prominant until around 3am. I struggled in and out of sleep until noon the next day.

Very intense, beautiful visuals. I saw some pretty unbelievable things, or it seemed. The speedyness was mostly in my thinking, but I did find myself tapping my foot really fast at times. It was a completely enveloping experience. I had to completelty give myself over and do nothing else, I couldn't do anything esle. I found it much more enjoyable than 35mg of 2C-E. Overall, I was amazingly blown away.

 

Sounds like a great trip, I know you have spoke highly of 2ce as well so this is very interesting for me to read. Pretty intense you didnt speak for the first few hours.

I think I have to revisit 2c-i again soon. My last dose was 25mg, which I found way too speedy for my taste. But with all the 2c-i reports I have been reading lately, I really feel like giving it another try.

 

My 3rd tip with this substance was more than I had ever taken (15? or so mg). I definitely have no issues going up into the 25-30mg range. Its just such a comfortable chemical.

 

While most of the hundreds of 2c-I trips I've had were fairly standard and unimpressive, the high dose trips gave me some of the most persian carpet/geometric visuals ever.

 

60mg of 2ci (although possibly weakened by SSRIs) and some weed was the most beautifully visual and colorful trip I've ever had. The visuals were incredibly variable, the euphoria was absolutely orgasmic (full body orgasms). The trip was visually full of patterns; it was not deep in the psychedelic headspace like most "full" psychedelics. The visuals made everything "alive". My fingers were worms, patterns of eyes were all over the walls, at one point a pattern of red dots swarmed around me like insects, and constantly color changing fractals were everywhere. I had hallucinations: laying in bed I'd feel my blanket and freak out because I thought it was a person; I kept having visions of the people I saw that day; I held dialogue in my head, my thoughts were narrated by the people I most recently encountered.

2ci definitely has an erotic feel. In fact, I feel like a pornstar when I do 2ci - if that makes any sense.

 

^^^Yeah, weed and phens go together sooo nicely. Not that there's much that weed doesn't pair nicely with, but that's a special one.

Sounds like a solid trip and glad you had a good time. It's interesting that you preferred the 2c-i over 2c-e at the same dosage range. Psyches always destroy my libido (except for 2c-b) so I can't really relate to the erotic feeling but sounds like a nice side effect nonetheless Knowing how to let go and just flow with what the chemical has to show you is a very valuable tool in tripping, sounds like you didn't have any trouble surrendering. Good times.

 

Nice report man. I need to revisit 2ci by itself one day. I remember 2ci gave me some full body orgasmic sensations at 40mg, it was quite nice.

It had much more of a mind trip to it and got really deep, which I don't really get with 2c-e. 2c-e seems to just be sensory, strong body high and nice visuals, that's about it. 2c-I has a much more enjoyable body high, equally (if not better) visuals, and tryptamine-esque mental effects (at this dose). I feel like I could dose higher with 2c-e, but I don't think I'll ever go higher than this with 2c-I.

 

Nice trip report. I find it very interesting because while 2ce gives me very strong visuals I dont seem to get any visuals from 2ci at doses below 40 mg, and the only time I've done a higher dose of 2ci than that was combined with 2cc, got some pretty good visuals then, different from anything else I've done. I look in a corner of the wall and it looks like there are 3 corners shifting around. I look at my feet and it looks like there are a bunch of extra images of legs around. It was pretty trippy. I would love to experiment with more 2ci by itself so I can experience visuals from it alone, but atm I probably only have 100-200 mg left and I think i'm going to combine it with some 2ce at some point or maybe 2ct2

 

You should take an equivalently high dose of 2ce, 2ci only had euphoria and colorfulness over 2ce - 2ce's visuals become absolutely ridiculous and random. Strange things like fingers running around on their own as I pack a bowl, purple vines rising from the ground, or my wall opening like a door to a dark pattern filled universe.

What's a tryptamine-esque mental effect? Phenethylamine and tryptamine headspaces seem to be equally variable and similiar and variable to me. 2ce gave a magic feeling of rebirth where I went through my life and day and regathered everything I've experienced, but from a wiser mind now. 2ci's headspace (at 60mgs, 20/30mg was very weak) had a very analytical headspace with lots of thinking. I haven't done such a high dose of 2ci since I've become familiar with the more powerful ones though, so I'll have to revisit.

 

2C-E does give some pretty weird and creepy visuals. My first 'real' visual when I did 2C-E was of my hand being elongated, boney, and prominently jointed like an aliens. My first instinct was to stick my hands under my arms to hide them I guess. I was taken my surprise when I saw it.

I also find it interesting that you prefer 2ci over 2ce. 2ci has always seemed flat and shallow to me, compared to 2ce.

 

This varies person to person. I am happy to say that I find them equally satisfying, some people prefer one over the other. I find that tryptamine's feel more like what inspired the word trip with regard to using psychs: they put you on a trip from yourself. With phen's, my senses are the main thing tripping out and I am mentally pretty coherent and there. That being said, I find both types of psychs are very powerful and potentially life-changing experiences, they just go about it in a very different way.

 

Im speaking only of a 35 mg dose when I say I prefer 2c-i over 2c-e, the most I've taken of both. At 20-25 mg doses (which I can do and still function somehwhat normally) I prefer 2c-e. I dont have any desire to ever go higher than 35mg of 2c-i. That was probably in the top 5 of the most intense trips I've ever had. 35mg 2c-e is difficult to compare because I didn't trip nearly as hard. I was still cabable of walking and talking on 35mg of 2c-e. One day I will try 40-50mg 2c-e and take it from there.

I feel the same exact way. And 35 mg 2c-i put me on a trip from myself, similiar to tryptamines in this discription, which I have yet to experience from 2c-e. And I generally prefer this to purely sensory effects, although they both have their time and place. I often find myself alternating between the two like clockwork, but usually enjoy the real "trips" more.

 

I'm curious what your tolerance was like when you dosed 35mg of 2ce.

 

I dont really remember, it was a few months ago, but I dont believe there was any. I had worked several 16 hour days prior and had just got off another 16 hour day when I ate it and was exhausted. I fell asleep 5 hours into it.

 

My third trip experience was 20mg of 2c-I and it was extremely visual! I just remember seeing vibrant beautiful colors everywhere.. however it felt like the visuals would dim down and I would think a lot more and then after a while of thinking, it was like the substance would reward me for exploring my brain by giving me more amazing visuals.. anyways!

Was the stimulation of 35 mgs 2ci bearable?

I really have enjoyed 2ci even at the 18-22 mgs range i've done. Nothing life changing from it yet but very quality trips and you're right it's a very unique trip.
