About two thirty today I had a testicle removed... and I was hoping to have a bit of a fumble in my trousers this evening but I am not sure if I should, just in case the other one drops off from all the stress of the situation? should I wait until tomorrow, or should I just go ahead and 'Hitler it!"!

I have seen fake ones they sell, if you do lose the other one maybe they could set you up with some of those, at least it would look and feel right that way.
