I just got back from seeing my doctor, and he said im going to be hacking, sneezing and feeling just plain awful for 2-3 weeks..oh yes...the joy. I was just wondering if any of you can reccommend ways to speed a long this healing process, so I can get back to my classes and my life without imitating a zombie like slump whenever I interact with the outside world. Teas?...Remedies?....Anything would be most appreciated. much love thanks-
Sleep and relaxation will help. Also, chicken soup, echinacea, golden seal and green tea(stick to decaff if you need sleep) can help some. Try to drink lots of fluids(non-caffinated and non-alcoholic). Hope yo feel better!
