Hi, I'm kind of new to these forums, I found them while trying to find a good source for LSD online. Anyway, I've been doing pot for awhile now, and I was wondering. I live in NJ, and someone told me that there's weed growing in the Pine Barrens, all along the garden state pkwy. Does anyone know if that's true? I would go check, but since it's still winter here, all the good stuff will be dead. I've gotta wait till spring before any of it grows back =(
^??? I tried looking all over online to see if it's true, but I couldn't find anything! All I know for sure is that the rest stops have marijuana growing there, bec. that's where I got my fix before :ssmokeit:

let me put it this way, do people who smoke pot live within walking distance of [__enter place here__] then pot grows there. pot grows at rest stops because people stop to load a bowl, fling their stems and seeds out the window, and move on. if anyone knew (and i dont, because im like 3 days of driving away from NJ, and i dont drive anyway) why would they tell you? if there was a grow op they would not reveal the information to you, and i think most people here (correct me if im wrong) would not go pinching someone elses weed operation. people put in a lot of effort, you know? plus, if they did pinch a bit, i dont see the folks here sharing the info, which would lead to increased pinching, and grower disappearance. why dont you wait for the weather to warm up, and go on some wilderness walks, and smell the fresh air? what it sounds like is that you are looking for a tip, and cops are always looking for tips. you are new here. you dont even say how old you are, or give any evidence that you are a real person.

No one's been offended, you've just come to the Stoner's Lounge, a.k.a. "The Oven". A lot of flaming goes on here, and for the most part all the regulars are not new to smoking and are pretty intolerant of questions like this. Anyway, if you're picking weed off of the roadside, chances are it is of pretty low quality, and you may as well buy some decent weed from someone or grow your own. And if you happen to find lots of plants growing in a secluded area, like Mother's Love said, it would probably be some outdoor grow-op, and you would most likely be pinching from some grower.
it just seems off man. thats all. i mean, whether you've lurked here or not, how did you come to that being the most worthy question for your first post? i mean, even the "help my weed is laced" threads are more worthy, because theres fear there, but the chances of you finding someone with the knowledge to answer your question who is willing to do so are slim to none. logic answers the question somewhat, and the only way to know for sure is to check it out yourself. im a big supporter of thinking, im not trying to be mean or anything. im just trying to figure out your thought process, it strikes me as odd. and dont worry, just about everyone is suspicious of new folk around here, i think its a self preservation thing, we like the mix the way it is. new minds have to be tested for compatibility. (and sometimes lobotomized, sorry. )

well, it is called weed for a reason. it grows all over the freaking place. in denver you can smell it on the breeze, its beautiful. i read that dispensaries outnumbered starbucks in one area.
