similar to the post below in some respects, however i'd like ALOT at least as much detail as possible. I would like to know... 1. (using "the machine") how to vap it correctly to ensure none of it is destroyed and as much of the DMT as possible is ingested (and if u have even better easier tricks to acheiving ingestion please share ) 2. whether there is anything i can do to prepare myself well enough 3. whatever advice you feel neccassary to share with an upcoming first timer thank you to all who reply and can help
There are so many threads on this, someone starts one everyday it seems. Get a proper vaporiser pipe or electric one. personally i use a normal weed pipe and just mix it between loads of old dmt residue (underneath) and changa on top. be in a comfy environment without too much annoying noise.
would u say its worth trying changa before purer DMT? or is it more of a breakthrough or its a waste?
I don't think there's much difference to be honest. I tried DMT first, i found it harder to ingest because i wasn't as good at smoking. Changa will be easier to smoke and would probably be a more intense first experience because of that... unless you get a real good pipe and do it properly with DMT.

1. When I first started using DMT I started out with a Hennessey machine and moved onto a light-bulb vape. After that I got a Vapor Genie which worked well, but I've found a glass bubbler with a marijuana-dmt-marijuana sandwich in the bowl works the best. Light top layer, big hit, hold. Light top lighter but pull flame harder into the bowl, big hit, hold. Clear bowl, big hit, hold. Hold for ~15-20 seconds on each hit. Hand your friend the bubbler, blast off. If you're set on the machine, use a torch lighter. Before you start to take hits, apply a little bit of heat so the DMT melts. Start inhaling, apply heat not directly to the metal. The key here is looooong, sloooooow, deep breaths. It may take awhile to get the technique down perfectly. 2. Be honest with yourself about why you want to try it, treat DMT with respect and it will reciprocate those feelings. 3. Don't go in with any expectations and it will shatter all the possible expectations you could have about it. Changa is not a waste. It is kind of the equivalent of flavoring a cigarette. It's all about personal preference and it adds a new dimension to the experience. One might make your trips happier, one might make them darker, one might make them jungle-oriented, one might make it spacey. There is a huuuuuuuuuuuuuge list of possibilities. EDIT: Weed dulls DMT for me. However, the sandwich is easy and the MJ doesn't really hit you in time to change the trip, only subsequent trips that day.
Skizm and p0ly's advice is spot on, I can't add input on the weed/dmt mix. In terms of potency I find: -Jungle Spice (Dmt + leftover mixed alkaloids) to be the most intense (probably the harshest) -Pure Dmt second most intense and a little less harsh, maybe more euphoric too. -Changa (Dmt + maoi) least intense but lasts the longest. This is all assuming you took about the same amount of hits and inhalaed the same. Changa can be different mixes of herbs too keep that in mind and this is my personal experience. All 3 can be incredible
"jungle spice" is more usually considered by most to be yuremamine, a specific alkaloid which can be sold along side DMT on lists, not the spread of alkaloids pulled out through a long soak. It should be red, sometimes touching on violet in bright light. I prefer unwashed spread out of choice. Smoking a MAOI isn't what creates the effect with changa, we don't know what does (but it does work, and well). Look up hepatic portal, first pass effect and MAO A and MAO B to understand why it differers from orally ingesting it like in aya. Working on 'pharmahuasca' pills now but getting big problems timing the delayed release of the DMT within the pill to allow the MAOI to work dissolution isn't uniform across differing people's bodies which means it only works for one person and then only if fasted. May have to go back to two pills and a timer.
^perhaps in Europe, I've basically only had jungle spice with dmt + alkaloids and have read conflicting evidence in regards to yuremamine being the 'mystery alkaloid.' Dmt-nexus even goes so far as to say 'its safe to assume yuremamine is not the alkaloid.' Though I am aware the alkaloid(s) can be separated from the dmt. you're linking to a shitty site full of misinformation there. sorry to be the one to break the myth, but they're full of self righteous shit on the nexus. The truth and how to prove it is simple: Historial fact: Yure was isolated in late '03/04, we've know for scientific fact it's in mim for 7 years, when you pull your alkaloids if you wait for too long with a pH high enough to break it up, you'll find your pull suddenly goes purple. If you've been accurate the first 3 or so will be decreasing in DMT quantity to almost nothing, it's gone. Wait 3 days topping up pH as material breaks down, the next pull will be near pure yure. You'll know as it's bright red, but if you want to prove it rather than read a load of crap it's simple, pop a cap tube or three, throw it in a theil tube and test it - if the temp spread is with 2 degrees it's worth running TLC plates to show you have a single alkaloid. Half a day's work in the kitchen using kit you can buy from amazon. The TLC may show some DMT but you'll see a much stronger yure spike. Wash it till it's pure and TLC it again, just to make sure, then keep that as a test point for your next DNT runs to see how much "jungle" spice you are pulling with your DM. What you posted made no mention to 'jungle spice' whatsoever, so that thread if you actually read through it on dmt-nexus has a few individuals suggesting still it is yureamine with no hostility geared towards them. I've actually found dmt-nexus quite helpful myself, Sorry dude nothing personal but you are not providing me with anything more substantial to believe. The way your first post was talking seems like it should be easier to find then subscribing to that site/abstract.
OK, this might be tough, what's your background - have you any chem? 1) "jungle spice" is the red crystal that comes from the pull after the DMT if you continue to let the additional alkaloids pull, or you wash your product to separation and keep the major "byproduct" 2) you can test that for one thing very easily - is it fairly pure? This is your cap tube melter test. The spread give you an idea of purity. It takes 5 minutes to look up the MPs of surrounding molecules to make it less likely you're not seeing a confusing blend. Yes, it is pure. 3) You know you have a single alkaloid, or very close to it. We know that yure is in there (fractional work told us, we also have genuine, publicised peer reviewed studies isolating it - which you can personally replicate, and check against theory) 4) having been isolated, we know its properties, the fundamentals are published openly, any of the professional chemical molecule indexes lists them in full, you can test your red crystal against these until your funds run out. 5) the break down of root does show quite a variety of alkaloids, we've got chromatograms available or have one done yourself, but none have similar enough properties to mistake for yure when done in this way. Where two look close in terms of a property, make sure you test another property where they differ the most. therefore the product follows the properties of an alkaloid known to be present, and we know its unlikely to be mistaken for anything else present if tests done correctly. There's always room for error, but at that point the educated chemist or simply a person with common sense stops spending the money to test. Yure is now sold under "jungle spice" by many sellers, along with an assay sheet. I know some of the nexus crowd, mods too, DMT is not a big world. They are dealers, in that they sell drugs to people. They suppress other people who sell legal items that get mentioned that don't come from their shops or the guys paying them, they cover up and delete threads and posts which suggest their products, or those that people pay to sell are inferior. They make claims that have no legal backing as to why they have to take action and discourage certain business-damaging practices. Don't get fooled, just because they have the loudest voice doesn't make them knowledgeable. What could you have learned from that site that isn't available in any 10 dollar basic lab skills textbook? The original "teks" (procedures) are absolutely standard chemistry and first published elsewhere anyway. LoL couldn't all the same be said about yourself? I have very limited chemistry knowledge especially in regards to DMT, but I have smoked 'jungle spice' and it definitely contained DMT, so it's not this isolated alkaloid like you are making it out to be necessarily, 'Spice' is a nickname for DMT. I have done mescaline extractions with San Pedro though and I know that contains various other alkaloids as well, that I have no clue what the names of are, so sorry man I'm relying on that info dmt-nexus has for now. Someone should definitely make it much easier to obtain the 'jungle spice' information if dmt-nexus is in fact incorrect. I guess with the grey area legal status it may be kind of difficult though.
nothing grey about dmt here, class A (the worst) and outright illegal, media going nuts. It's done more damage for DMT than anything else I know. You'll notice that their approach to jungle spice got changed subtly when yure became available for sale through the usual outlets - doesn't take a chem degree to see why ;-) Could you say that about me?
