He makes his money by doing apperances on shows like Maury and the like. His wife has a job to help support them. He thinks he is cleaning up the streets but they just move to other areas. It is called JohnTv. and I can't think of his name right now, but he has been doing this for quite a few years. The local DA was after him for awhile, not to sure why, but they finally dropped the charges.
