Ok so I started drawling on clothes and making them unique and my friends have urged me to start selling them. Im just wondering if anyone would even be interested in buying some of my work? I attached a picture on thoose jeans I had used the sublime covers and drew them on the back pockets of the jeans. I can pretty much draw any album covers, designs, etc... Please let me know if theres a market and where i should try selling them! thanks!
they look great...bring 2 dozen pairs to the next festival and sell them out of a duffel bag...also..our farmers market is hippie-ish and there is people there selling everything...these would go fast...i would branch out into taking jeans from people and drawing on them and then givivng them back,,,that saves you the investment of the jeans.....how long did thee pictured jeans take to do? also i would want the zipper flap done as well can i send you a pair to do?pm me how much?
This pair of jeans took me about a hr because it was my first pair and i got a little paranoid I plan on starting a shop really soon and I'll defintly pm you the name when its all done im looking to start it within the month of Febuaray! Thanks for the encouragement.
i read the other thread...really want a pair of these jeans...post 87 more times will ya?lol...i like things that are one of a kind
There are plenty of worthy topics- any number of which you might feel passionate enough about that you'll forget about your post count and your PM ability will sneak up on you.
they look great! i made a few pairs that got old and ripped by taking pieces of different colored and patterned fabric and turning it into a flower.. if u get creative and messy with the stitching it can be really pretty, and of course, one of a kind. there's a huge market out there! especially at festivals and stuff, like ROLLING said. u could always make patterns and patches out of hankerchiefs and other fabrics too. the more you think about it the more things will just pop out at u. i love what you're doing they're beautiful! keep it up!
i almost want to start doing this too ....for a while i was painting the same type of doodly art on old furniture...and to my surprise everything i finished sold...lol..even though my mom and aunt bought most of it....i gave up because to doodle and paint a chair was taking too much time...i AM going to start again after planting season cause i promised some people that mean a lot to me i would do some more
if u need someone to jesso all your chairs, i'll do it! u should post pictures if u havent yet! ...i guess i should just look at your photos...
