Im going to see PantyRaid tonight

Im not really into the whole dubstep thing but my friend convinced me to go. He said they're pretty down tempo and I have tomorrow off so I'll humor him and tag along. Im planning on eating 30mg 4aco, maybe 35. It's kind of the only thing I have access to right now. It'll be a strange, interesting and hopefully thoroughly enjoyable evening. Wish me luck.

 

Man, 4aco at a concert or whatever is the last one I would use. To confusing and heavy for me to get happy to songs on it.

They are like a shallower version of bassnectar to me. But with their own cool hooks.

 

they seam pretty chill for dubstep i could fall asleep to that. love when people post concerts there going to see here. gives me lots of new good music to listen to. have a good time man cant wait for a report

So yeah, that was so fuckin awesome. One of my best psychedelic concert experiences. It was really really really intense. I wound up eating 37mg. We went into the show during the last 20 minutes of the opening act, a very heavy dubstep guy called project aspect.

It hit me during the last 5 minutes of his set. I was standing right up in front when the strobe lights started going off like crazy and I had to hold onto my friend to stand up. I lost all sense of direction, it was borderline out of body experience. I considered leaving at that point, thinking I might have gotten myself in a little too deep. But after he finished his set I went and sat down and felt much more comfortable.

The light show was amazing. Lots of lasers, fog and all that. Obviously the visuals were out of this world. So I just sat in my seat and fuckin got down so hard to the music. It was really great. They played a little heavier than they're recorded stuff. Very intimate music, very erotic and heavy. It was an amazing experience.

Some girl sat next to me at one point. I could tell she was tripping, it looked like on acid, and we kind of looked at each other and just started embracing each other, getting doooown to the music. We didn't even say anything to each other, just sort of bonded with our psychedelic energy holding each other. She wondered away after awhile and I didn't see her again.

They played for about 4 hours, but it felt more like a half hour. If pantyraid comes to anyones town I highly recommend seeing them. I had a truly amazing experience
