Hi all. I was recently doing a bit of research on "pods." I browsed a few online stores, but I'm not quit sure which ones are trusted and what not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Don't think we're allowed to source here, but most of the ones on Google are pretty trustworthy. Just Google "buy poppy pods" and you'll see several...the sponsored sites are usually legit. Start with a small order to be safe. PM me if you have further questions.
It's cheap to buy a bunch of opium poppy seeds of your choice of variety, like $5 for a gram of opium seeds, takes little work to grow them and only 3 months or so to grow to maturity, and where I live in the US, it is perfectly legal to grow opium poppys for "ornamental purposes" like any other poppy or flowering plant, it's only illegal to harvest the opium once the pods are big enough, but most of the time noone will notice someone slicing a poppy bulb or 20.lol..and the next day collect the opium latex that oozed out and hardened overnight. I know people that do it all the time, the just have a privacy fence, other flowers, etc.. go out in the evening, slice/score the bulbs and come out the next morning and scrape the dried opium gum/latex whatever,and take it inside to let it dry out as long as possible..
