seems that different people get different sensations - some experience orgasm without ejaculation, some guys pump out lotsa sperm etc. but the sensation whether you orgasm or not is real nice. My wife uses two fingers when she plays with mine - I've also done it on a boyfriend - one or two fingers and then gentle pressure with moving the tips from side to side. The only time I've had an orgasm from direct Prostate Stimulation is from Anal Sex, which despite having tried various vibrators & butt plugs, I've never managed to equal artificially - probably because of it not being quite so easy to find that same sweet spot for myself.
