yeah... ughh. love police brutality/excessive use of force. Seems like most cops in the US think they have that power.

veryy sad this guys life had to end like that.. ALSO unfortunate the police were even put into a situation like that..

 

They continue yelling get on the ground for anyone remaining in the house.

And from the video it looks like the guy jumps into view, holding the golf club as if he is about to strike the intruder with a golf-club.

I don't like justifying the police, but in all fairness, he was in a dope house, and from the video appears to be ready to assault the intruders.

It's unfortunate he died, but I can see the cop's confusion.

 

So what happens when they decide you're in a dope house? Sucks to be you, you where in a "dope house".

Assault intruders, who the fuck would be ready to assault people intruding into their ("dope")house?

 

Why do you have to judge all police just by a few bad eggs? Its not fair to the cops who are in it to help people and actually do. If you hate cops because you did something illegal and you got caught, well that's your own damn fault. They're doing their job. Yeah I'll admit that the ones who use excessive force need to be punished, and most of the time they are. But its wrong to generalize.

Because when those few bad eggs fucking brutally kill someone in their own home, they're cleared of all wrongdoing. If there is no accountabity, they are ALL bad by their very nature.

On top of that, they're cleared of all wrongdoing on the grounds that "it was a dopehouse anyway, and he was trying to defend himself against armed masked intruders breaking down his door"

 

And why would he do such a thing? A bunch of thugs bust your door in, what the fuck are you going to do, make them a cup of tea?

 

Because the bad eggs fuck up really bad. And they do it a lot. Dont act like there arent power hungry police. There are a lot of them. Ehhhh. idk about good police to be honest. I know that some of them arent bad people but I personally know police who basically get away with doing illegal things just because they are cops. Other cops let it slide theyre not going to say anything. Such as driving under the influence. I have personally experienced police off duty driving under the influence, and basically telling other cops hey dont worry about it im a cop these people dont need you to come stop this party etc etc.

And yeah I have been busted for doing things illegal, but it wasnt immoral, or anything "bad" to say the least but I still had to drive 10 hours to court out of state and pay like $800, as a college student with out a job. Thats like 1/5 of my life savings.

Luckily I dont have to worry about paying for school and shit. But still, we (there was a few of us) weren't disturbing anyone.

But, i also had my dislike of police since long before that. (that instance above was also my first encounter with the police, or any law in general)

Yeah, it's too bad, I could've ended up dead as well, but that's the risk you take when you break the law. If you're going to be in a dope house you take the risks associated with that illegal activity.

Sure, everyone who bungie jumps isn't going to die, in fact, most won't die, but you have to accept the risks associated with it incase the person who set the bungie up, tied you in, all that other bullshit fucks up and something goes wrong. You have to realize that committing illegal activites could lead to such things as the police busting down the door and either arresting or hurting you.

And you're right, I would have assaulted the thugs breaking down my door too, too fucking bad if I end up dead. Life isn't fair, get over it.

No one said its a good idea. But also that how are you supposed to know if its police, if they only yell it from outside. IDK about you but my walls have insulation and shit in them. I dont live in a cardboard box.

also, even if you didnt even move a muscle I bet they would still rough you up because they expect you to try and kill them or something.

I wouldnt even talk to them, theres to many examples of police fucking going crazy over nothin on youtube.

 

Yeah there are really bad eggs but there are also cops who don't let shit slide regardless of whether or not your in law enforcement. Its worse on the east coast of the US because they're like a brotherhood. They watch each others backs. Here on the west coast they are cut throat and will do anything to get that promotion before their colleague. So if a fellow cop fucked up, they'd turn his/her ass in faster than you can say "What the fuck?" I guess it depends on where you're from.

I by no means am claiming all cops are saints. I know here are assholes in the bunch.

 

I think taking a risk that they are cops, when you live in a drug den, is far safer/smarter than taking the risk that they aren't, and coming out with a weapon raised.

 

They aren't allowed to shoot unless posed a with a death threat to them or someone else. People should raise Hell.

He was clearly in a defensive position. I doubt he would have known it was the police, since they don't tend to call you first before they come round to bust you for growing plants.

Whether or not anyone questions their decision to shoot him on the spot, they still had no fucking right to bust into his house. He wasn't doing anything wrong.

Idk about you but a golf club isnt the first thing I think of when thinking of what I would want incase someone breaks in....
