the first time i did a reading the info was so important that it seemed to shout it at me. even asking the same Q. i got the same A. over and over. and it proved to be very true and saved me from making a very bad choice. after the crisis was over my readings became muddy. but recently they have seemed very clear as clear or even more than at first. except they lie. nothing to big but not helping. i have been trying to change my head and heal my demons so to speak and made progress but have had some backlashes. one day while trimming my crop something entered my head and mockingly said "they're coming for you" not a voice more like intruding thoughts. i tried to blow it off but it was relentless so i finely said "so what even if they are, there is nothing i can do". it replied "RUN" and kept at this for some time until i was abel to make this trickster leave. i knew it was lying so it did not get to me too much. i think it was after this that the cards started lying to me. any help would be great.
i've merely taken an interest in your name raven_star . " any help would be great ." hey , you pan-handlin' with a cardboard sign on the off-ramp in the fog and why not ? hmm ... a drawing of that makes a fine tarot card .
raven_star, interpreting Tarot correctly isn't always an easy task, particularly if you're new at it. It can take many, many years of study. The cards can't lie - they are what they are - but certainly our interpretation of their meaning can be wrong. Try not to attach too much significance to any particular reading. Tarot is only one tool in our search for knowledge and understanding.
Everything LoneDeranger said, but also, keep in mind that your energy is what moves the reading. If you are just starting a reading because you are bored and feel like reading your cards, then the answers can be muddy and not as clear. If you are feeling particularly motivated and you have a strong sense of energy, then the cards will tell you what you need. But, like LoneDeranger said, its about interpreting. It took me a very long time to realize the meanings of any reading I did and it usually came a while after my reading. Writing down readings can make a difference, too. I still keep a "Tarot Journal" that I use for all of my readings
^ this I haven't cut the cards in a couple of years, but studied (I guess you'd say - I was drawn to them, as well as "regular cards", like metal to a magnet many years ago) for now would be almost 30 yrs. The cards really don't lie...and any energy or if you think there may be some type of entity - you mentioned a trickster demon?!, would most definitely affect your reading and hence, your interpretation. The clearer you can SEE your situation, your "question", the clearer your answer should be...unless the Wisdom of the Tarot wants to tell you something...and then you'd do well to meditate on your correct course of action.
