So to make a long story short, I dated this girl back in july and we had sex sometime between the middle and end of the month and she said she was on the shot so me being the dumbass that I am did not pull out, or even wear a condom for that matter. Then around the end of august she tells me she is pregnant....First off she says I got her pregnant, then she said it was a guy from before me... So I dont know what to believe, not to mention she had lied to me about stuff in the past which didn't help matters. So now the other day she comes back and tells me that I am the one the got her pregnant and that her due date is near April 23rd. Is that too long, too short, or just the right time span for it to be my kid? I hope that kind of makes sense. Thanks for the help.
honey, the easiest way to solve this problem is to get a paternity test, that's the only way to know for sure...
well its 9 months... you do the math, and it was probably based on what she told the doc. Thats fucked up, I hate girls who think that their own thoughts on the matter are the only ones that count, boys count too!
Yup, just get the test and cut all the guesswork out. My bro is currently waiting for test results to see if he is the father of a 12 year old boy that could be the result of a fling from..well about 12 years ago. Pretty freaky =/
btw, pulling out is a really ineffective method of birth control Anyways, condoms should always be worn the first few times a couple has sex. at least, until you've both been fully checked out by the doc and are std free, and the girl is on really effective birth control (the shot is supposed to be 99% effective, so i guess your gal awas the one in a hundred) Is she gonna keep it? are you gonna help out? Please don't tell me you'll just run away... My dad did that when he was younger so I have a halfbrother out there I've never met and may never meet.
Well, the dates seem to fit as far as you possibly being the father of this baby. But, like others said, the only way you will know for sure is by having a paternity test done. Good luck, and do right by this child if he/she happens to be yours. Peace.
Based on her due date, she got pregnant between July 25 and Aug 4th so yeah that could be you It COULD NOT be the guy before you unless she had sex with him at the same time as you or after you trust me, I know my shit. I've got four "unplanned" kids
Thanks for your help everyone. Anyways here is an update on the situation. She messaged me on yahoo earlier tonight and this is what happened. I told her I wanted a paternity test and she said that's fine if I want to go to court and what not. Then she told me to just leave her alone and let her live her life. And I told her I wasn't going to do that until I knew the truth. So she told me she slept with 5 other guys while her and I were dating which I highly doubt. Then she tells me the she actually due April 2nd(which means it wouldn't be mine). But also one other time I talked to her she said the due date was the first week of march. So now I've heard March, April 2nd and 23rd. I know I have sure learned a lesson in this whole mess and that lesson is Don't Be A Fool Wrap Your Tool. I really want to get the cops involved in some way or get ahold of her doctor so I can know how far along she actually is. Anyone have an idea for me. Thanks so much for listening to my soap opera.
Sounds like she was tryin to mess with ur head, and now that you requested a test she's backin out cuz possibly she knows you aint teh pappy. I would still attempt to get some info; not really sure if the doc can give it to ya because of the patient doc privacy thing. You may have to get a court order or something. Thats just my uneducated guess. The main thing is to make sure you arent the dad so nothing bites u in the ass down the road.
I've got an idea, fuck her off! if she wants money, demand a test. She sounds like a manipulative cow and you dont wanna be taking responsibility for something that aint yours.
where do you live? depending on where you live, how you have to go about it may be different I know around here, it is hard to get a court-ordered test without her wanting money or a restraining order
