1) Radio 4 LW
2) The Welfare State
3) The 99% of people who are very nice

Leastest favouritest:
1) The tendency to whine and moan about stuff
2) Latent racism
3) Cost of living

 

British summers..................for both! It's a love hate relationship!

Favourite:
British parks and "beaches" (usually shingle or mud with a run down fairground, but so much fun)
Being surrounded by the sea
Areas with tree-lined streets
Old thatched cottages and interesting buildings and monuments
British countryside, especially with good cycle routes
Being just a few hours away from everywhere else in the country
Devon
Gloucestershire
British train stations. The fact that they're usually run down with ancient trains just makes them even more interesting, and although the whole public transport system is in dire need of reform, I try to just enjoy it for now and not to complain too much.
There are always quaint little things going on like country markets, street dancing, mini festivals etc

Least favourite:
Cost of living. It's crazy.
Mansfield in Nottinghamshire
Stupid working hours and pay

the east coast such as Whitby, scarborough, bridlington the beaches are fab
the yorkshire dales
Good old fashioned british queuing
markets
caravan holidays

Least favourite things,
the freedom of speech where people assume its ok to blatantly racist, homophobic or indeed just plain nasty.
The wastefulness of society as a whole children should be taught how to be frugal and to live within their means at school.

The beer, I love proper ales, can't stand any of that American light beer crap

The TV programmes - Inbetweeners, QI, Shameless (I do like american tv too though)
Cornwall
Pubs

Least favorite things
The cost of pretty much everything especially booze, cigs and petrol
Lots of chavs
The weather, I don't mind it cold but I hate rain
The current music scene, it's just bland indie pop

 

Most like?: Marmite and my mum
least: 24 hour licensing laws, premier league footballers and their wags and mistresses and reality tv culture

What I like about britian is the EPL , its weed, its country side, its castlen blood stock open air, london , its women, top gear, its in europe. Holliganism.



What I dislike is its CCTV cams everywhere, english peoples teeth, hot tea. The word biscuit instead of cookies. Englands national sawker team.

 

Honestly, they are not everywhere.

Racist groups masquerading as "patriotic"...you can't actually be outwardly proud of this country.
