I really do not see criminal mischief as a viable solution-- it was you who chose to dignify it with that status, not I. That strategy only plays into the oligarchs propaganda playbook and facilitates their aim to marginalize any resistance as militant extremists or terrorists in order to turn fellow citizens against them. It is the media that is poisoning the minds of the impressionable and poisoned mind of the average US citizen... and setting him up to oppose the very forces that would be freeing him from something he has been conditioned to look at as freedom instead of the economic subjugation that it is.

The challenge my friend i first to get Mr. Average to begin believing that the windows deserve to be broken and things are not bad enough for that here yet... a little patience and they will be. There's no quick escape from the financial and political hole we've been digging for ourselves over the past 30 or so years. I think things are escalating a bit now- and when the enormous reality about our hefty national indebtedness to such entities as China begins to make itself obvious via cost of living manipulations by an unfriendly entity with undue power to make things mightily uncomfortable. I doubt that there will be an abundance of sympathy from the rest of the world... much of which has gotten stung by more than a few currency and commodity market schemes with origins on Wall Street enabled by purposefully lax oversight by the US government... and is currently dealing with political strong-arm tactics to try forcing GMOs into other than domestic food supplies.

Thank you for sharing what took place with the French citizens of Algerian descent. That is similar to the civil rights unrest that happened during the 50's and 60's here. The point I'd like to make is that in each case- either the French-Algerians, and the African -Americans. nearly to the last individual there was consensus that they were being treated unjustly... here, there is a majority that does not see the government here as the criminal organization that it is... so breaking a bunch of windows downtown will focus their attention on the depraved criminal behavior of vandals and the need they create for a bigger police presence.

The propaganda commentary mill mislabeled as news media will conduct the masses... to turn on one another if that is seen as necessary to neutralize scrutiny placed on them.

The proper solution is not going to come from one mind and one person's actions. The best recourse for most is to get the fuck out of Dodge and let pieces fall where they may.

What are the lowest common denominators of human existence?
Life is immediate and consists of sensations, some which we call pleasant and some not so. This is true no matter what station we find ourselves in, rich or poor, pure or polluted, it does not matter. What will you throw a brick at in the event that a tornado knocks your house down?

Let me answer those two comments at the same time.
I did not comment on your food cooperative because unless we stop OGM food, there will be no clean-healthy-sustainable food to bring to people in the near future.


You're just not able to see the complete picture and you lack alot of background information on OGM. It is probably the most serious threat facing humanity since the nuclear bomb. OGM is literally "Fucking with our food supply."

The "Plan" is to create food that you "RENT." They have created a proccess where the actual seeds die within 1 year of purchase. Let me explain it more simply;

Let's pretend you're a farmer

You go out and purchase some seeds on January 01, 2011. But for whatever reason, you do NOT want to plant them this year. You decide to wait for 1 year. Unfortunately the seeds are "genetically programmed" to die on December 31 2011. And even if you did plant them this year. Any seeds you get from the harvested crops would equally be dead. The result is you must purchase new seeds each year.

It gets worst!!!

There has been documented cases of "cross-polination" of the modified seeds with natural seeds. Therby creating future generation of natural seeds that will NOT grow.

The problems in Peru.
Recently, a seed company sold gentically modified tomato seeds to Peru. They promised that the tomatos would be bigger, sweeter and easier to grow.

It was a disaster! Although the pilot project was only 800 acres, the peruvian government had to destroy thousands of acres of land to stop the crops.

The tomato plants cross polinated with other tomatos plants but also somehow affected several other species of unrelated plants. The result was a form of steralisation on a wide range of flowers, grasses and trees. Even nearby bee farmers had to have bees destroyed.

And again it gets worst!!!
The actual OGM tomato was larger and sweeter. But it had ALMOST NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE. The result was the consumer had to eat 3 times as many tomatos. So you can actually get fat and suffer from malnutrition.So their plan is you not only have to buy from them. But you need to buy 3 times more.

So to answer your question.
This is an injustice because the very politicians that are "supposed to look after you. Are supporting these companies and are changing the rules to help them get this shit on the market. Don't lie to yourself, they want the only food available to be OGM food.

Ghandi supported small local farmers. Trust me, if he believed it was the only way to fight, he would be the first man to throw bricks throw windows. So would Rosa Parks, Malcolm X and anyone else that understands this problem. Heros are simply people like you and me that refuse to back down at any cost.

I hate to say it, but this is a fight that we can not afford to loose.

But my tactic has done exactly that. Just take a look at what happen between wa bluska wica and myself. I stopped one step short of calling him names. But I wouldn't go away and eventually because he hoped it would shut me up, he choose to listen to what I had to say. And I am now actually "raising the awarness" in him on the scope of this problem and why we need to take a stand against OGM food at any cost.


When you take a stand against authority and corporations. You will be labled a dissident, a criminal, etc. and they will manipulate the opinion of your own mother or children against you. Because all they want is for you to shut up and go away or make others refuse to listen or believe you. Therefore if you're going to make a stand; do it for truth and not popularity.


In short,

• When you raise your voice because the did not listen to you when you talked calmy. You will be called "un-reasonable" and told to calm down.

• When you refuse to calm down and resort to yelling to make yourself heard. You will be called crazy and angry and told to shut up.

• When you will not shut up and will not go away. They will call you a dissident and try to convience your friends and family you are not against the corporations and politicians but secretly against them and their way of life.

• And when neither calm conversation nor screaming works and you demand to be heard at any cost. You will be called a threat.

And when you take those actions. You will be called an extremist, a criminal and perhaps even a terrorist. When all you wanted was to be heard.

Now I hate the Internet and I think it breeds indifference and escapism. But it is the medium of today and there is no way to get around it. As you said, the media is all controlled.

So I personally *troll* 5 different forums. A couple of others I meet regularly in IRC claim to troll as many as 20 forums with the same purposes and tactics. The objective is to just keep pushing the limits and being controversial.

I have no fucking idea if this troll tactic will work! But, you got to try doing something. So if I got to be on the Interenet, I might as well try to use the time doing some good in this world. Who knows, we might just get lucky.

Fine go back to your little safe world and live in denile. You want close your eyes and live in the wonderful world of make believe. Well that is certainly your right to do so.

But when the day comes that big corporations descend on the market selling fruits and vegetables at 0.5 cents a pound just to put the little farmer like yourself out of business. You'll problaly be wishing you had a brick left to throw. Because most people will loose even their homes. When that day comes, don't say you weren't warned.

The United States is litterally with areas where once indepandant book stores, grocery stores, famer's markets, etc that are now turned into ghost towns. It's always the same battle plan with them. They come in to an area, sell their stuff super cheap below cost to put the competition out of business. Then they raise the prices.

100% correct. (well other than about the internet. The internet is the largest direct action and cooperation tool in the history of man, and it works hand in hand with that escapism and indifference. You don't have to get out of your easy chair to make your voice heard in the strongest way, look at julian assange and wikileaks, anonymous and the like, blogging, forum websites.... To meet these people you'd have to travel hundreds or thousands of miles and take years preaching on street corners in real life, you misunderstand the internet, good sir. anything can be evil, but most things can also be equally good. The internet also gives alternative media and news a fighting chance, beyond stealing xerox copies from kinkos and leaving them in corporate newspaper boxes)
