i have come to the conclusion that i need to become a raw vegan for my health, but i'm finding it difficult to fully commit to the change in diet. i think i'm having trouble because it's winter and cold, and i feel colder when i'm on a raw vegan diet. i'm thinking i may have to wait until it warms up in the spring to give up all cooked food. what do you think? should i wait until it's warmer? :sunny:
Hi, I could definitely not consider myself raw, but I do enjoy a lot of raw foods.. I used to eat almost 50% raw, but the cold weather kind of stopped that.. I'm hoping to pick it up again in the spring though I don't think i could ever go fully raw, mainly because I love baking...a lot...and I'm seriously thinking about opening up my own local/vegan/organic cafe too
