Knowing that this is off the subject of the thread, this is one example of contradictory premises being self defeating.

 

If this is too complicated to follow. Please ask questions and I'll try to explain it better. This material was difficult for me the first time I read it.

In order for a law to be a "Law" it must carry some sort of penalty or retribution for breaking that law. Without penalty, it has no consequence to enforce it and is therefore not a law.

In the case of Natural Laws the penalty for causing "Harm or Loss" is "Harm or Loss." The best example is the old biblical saying of "an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth."

Therefore the only debate that exists in all my comments is not the law. But are we or would we be justified in throwing a brick through a politician's window.

I will therefore argue that since we have been

1) Lied to repeatedly (Fraud)
2) Had and are still having our food, water and air poisoned. (Harm)
3) Our children killed in wars based on lies (harm, loss and fraud)

That we are justified in taking actions against those that have done these things. Therefore, "Eye for an Eye" and therby enforcing natural law.

Not to get off topic on Natural law/common law. But it is interesting to note that both frech civic code and the United Nations acknowledge the right to revolt against a government when it causes harm, loss or fraud to the people it governs, when they avoid appropriate redress.

The reason you want to do this is for Clean Food, Clean Water, Clean Air, no government survailance, etc. In short the ability to live your life without having to worry about some bigshot mega-rich asshole fucking up the enviroment or fucking you over.

Also I'm not asking you to help me. I'm asking you to HELP YOURSELF and therby helping me.

Simply put,

I'm more than willing and able to clean up the shit in my own backyard. (so to speak)
The problem is YOUR SHIT is in my back yard and I can not clean up my backyard when you keep throwing your shit keeps coming over the fence messing up my yard.

So I need you to get your backyard clean so that I can get my yard clean.

In short, fix the problems with the asshole corrupt government and corporations in the United States and the rest of us will find it easier to take care of our own jack-asses

The problem with throwing rocks and other disorderly deeds is doing so feeds a propaganda mill that easily paints the act as criminal.

Causing property damage will get you locked up and will discredit your message- seems counter-intuitive if the intent is to raise awareness in the criminal exploits of United States, Incorporated. The vast majority of people accept without question the premise that it is a legitimate governing body... so there's a ready presumption that individuals standing against it are criminals. Partaking in an act of criminal mischief reinforces that.

Shooting a congressperson is even worse.

 

They locked up Ghandi, Malcolm X, Assange and countless others. Being called a criminal just appears to be part of course.
Awarness means nothing unless it leads to actions. Furthermore, most americans are "aware" of the problems but choose to do nothing about them. So I'm not advocating any form of additional awarness unless that awareness leads to directly to fixing the problems.

So now that you have knocked down my solution.

Because it's not exactly a problem solving strategy to shoot down one a solution without offering one of your own. So my bubba, I'm all ears. If you got a better idea, I'll gladly stand shoulder to shoulder with you.

Just for the record. I said brick through a politician's window not shooting the politician. Although I don't doubt that many, if not most, politicians deserve to be shot. I just believe we should start slowly and only progress as far as need be and no futher. Ie. Eye for an eye. Not a head, arm, leg and first born for an eye.

The riots of 2005 in France.

The grandchildren of Algerian immigrants to france were tired of being excluded and treated like 2nd class citizens of France. It was their grandparents that were the immigrants and not them but the majority of 3rd generation french born Algerians were still living in conditions similar to their grand parents.

France's buracracy demands that each person have a dossier and a birth certificat that details who their parents were and legal status but up to several generations. These dossier in order to be considered complete by french statutes, need to include information on their grand parents. They needed to know where their grand parents lived, their marital status, which church they were married in, if they were baptised and what their professions were. An incomplete dossier often kept them excluded from governmental services and institutions.

Added to this fact that the police routinely targeted and harrassed anyone of algerian ancestory and France's government refused to acknowledge any complaints.

So in 2005 they took to the streets and started to burn cars. For more than 3 weeks, literally thousands of cars where set on fire all over France. Hundreds were arrested but in the end the damage was done and French governement was left with no choice but deal with the problem and take steps to break the back of their racist bureaucracy.

So yes,
I recomend breaking windows. And really when you think about it logically. A broken window really is pretty tame. But it does make a lot of noise and tends to get people's attention.

In the end,
These politicians by virtue of their inablity to operate in the best interests of the public. By their corruption love of catering to corporate greed have knowingly and wilfully commited harm, loss and fraud. It is therefore, now time to enforce the law against them.

Therefore, since the government/corporately owned judicial system is structured to favor large corporations and the mega-wealthy. We are left with only the options of protests that must intensifer until they pay the penalty for the actions and submit to the will of the people.
