Looks safe to me. It's encrypted (notice the 's' after the http) which means all information sent and received is secured (which is what the s stands for). One thing i always check before ordering off of obscure sites is the contact information - see where they are located and if they have easily available contact info. You may also want to try doing a google search for customer reviews just to see if you can find anything. If nothing comes up there is a good chance that most people have been satisfied because people are more likely to take the time to write a negative review if something has gone sour. If a bbunch of bad reviews come up then obviously don't place an order.
