Did I receive bunk jwh-073?

I ordered 500mg of jwh-073 from a respectable and popular vendor. Being extremely sensitive to weed I thought a couple of mg's will have me flying. Yesterday I took probably somewhere between 30-60mg (I only have a crappy .01 scale) orally and I didn't feel a thing. Thinking it might be due to the fact that I took it on full stomach yesterday, I tried taking around 20mg again an hour ago but once again, no effects. Am I consuming it wrong? I'm not a big fan of smoking chemicals so orally is the only way I want to go. I read that it's fine to just eat the powder but I see that many people disolve it in alcohol first. Could that be the problem or did I receive fake jwh? It's a pure white crystaline powder and it's completely tasteless and odorless. It says it's 99%+ pure on the package.

Any ideas?

 

sounds to me like you should just stick to buying the stuff thats green and fluffy.. or better idea Grow Cannabis yourself..

better yet, vape it if you can... I had the same problem, I think it's just not very effective when taken orally, at least if you don't do the alcohol dissolution first... when I parachuted ~30mg I had zero effects and I'm very sensitive to weed as well. I had slightly better results smoking 15mg sprinkled on top of a bowl of weed ashes, but I think vaping it is the most effective route as you lose a lot of material when burning it directly.

 

Hmm, I have the Iolite portable vaporizer. It reaches 190C and the melting point of jwh-073 is supposedly at around 105C. I think I'm goint to try to place a bit of powder at the bottom of the chamber and cover it with old vaporized weed. Will see if that works.

Yeah, looks like it I also got some 2C-E and 4-ho-met together with the jwh so hopefully those are real. Gonna test 2C-E today.

 

The 2C-E worked reallyyy well, what an amazing chemical, best visuals I ever had. No idea what could be wrong with the jwh. I guess I will just have to try smoking it.

 

I took like 75mg 073 orally on an empty stomach and didn't feel a damn thing. If I vape 20-30mg I get so stoned I have to lie down and close my eyes, unable to walk. So just vape it/smoke it.

 

Hey could you share your vaping method? What vaporizer and temperature do you use? Do you just mix the powder with some herb or do you first disolve it in alcohol and then sprinkle the liquid onto the herb and let it dry?

 

i vape keif, opium, and jwh the same way; i make a device that is essentially a very deep spoon, out of just tin foil, with my hands. Just grab a sheet of tin foil, and mold it so that you've got a deep pit in the tin foil (wrap it around a pen and then gently pull the pen out) and just use the extra foil not wrapped into the pit to create a handle. pour your stuff into the pit you've created, and while holding a straw (or better yet an empty pen case, jwh tends to vape HOT AS SHIT and will melt your straw in 1 second), light the bottom of the pit and start inhaling when you see vapors.

Just throwing in my $0.02 on the issue of oral JWH-073 consumption, it doesn't really seem to cause much of a noticeable affect on the body. The only time effects are reported are when a carrier such as ethanol or high lipid solution (cooking oil, full fat milk) are used.

Each researcher is going to formulate there own hypothesis regarding these chemicals, but it is in this researcher's opinion that JWH073 is simply not an active enough chemical to be taken orally. It has a very short half-life and it's effect can be quite subtle in relation to other compounds.

 

Eating it doesn't do anything with 073. Thats what I have read and experienced.

My buds smoked it like DMT or meth. It works really well that way. Takes about 25mg. It only lasts about an hour too, which would explain the oral activity.

Another of my crazy friends snorted it. He couldn't tell if it did anything because he was on a x pill (god knows what), 4-aco-dmt, booze, and reg weed. :/

 

I heard that snorting jwh is absolutely useless because jwh is not water soluble.

I tried "vaporizing" it using Mr. Writers method yesterday and it worked extremely well. The only problem is that the aluminium foil started to give off smoke and the metal fumes are not only digusting but also dangerous according to what I read. So now I have to think of a method that doesnt involve tinfoil.

 

you are holding the flame too close to the foil, that's why its burning. hold the flame further down! dont burn the foil, just heat it up

 

I wonder how well it would work to make some edibles with 073 or other synthetic cannabinoids.

 

^^^seems like if one were to try it they should use high fat and maybe even some ethanol. JWH-rum-cake?

 

i think you might still be inhaling traces of aluminum foil smoke, even if you don't see smoke and are only heating up the foil. if attainable, a glass "oil burner" pipe sounds way better to me. i don't have any experience here though. i've only vaporized herbs from my arizer extreme.
