you know whats funny about the crow pose?.,. When your doing it in the morning and a real crow outside caws. then you laugh and fall on your face. I really think they are mocking me..
I knew it.. funny thing with sound. I just did this pose again and heard a loud muffler noise from a truck.. I really hate being tuned in sometime..
I hate it when that happens! When I practice at my mom's house, I often hear her puppies snickering at my downward dog, as well. ;o)
