Has anyone been tattooed with this method? I was recently on Ko Chang in Thailand and was really intrigued by all the bamboo tattoo studios. It isn't like conventional tattooing, with a gun and all. The actually carve a needle out of bamboo, and use that to tattoo you with. It is very interesting. I ended up getting two tattoos done bamboo style, and one conventionally, in Bangkok. Its unique in that it doesn't traumatize the skin like a tattoo gun does, and is completely healed within two days. I would recommend it for anyone looking to get tattooed.

    Here's my tattoos :D

The first two were done by bamboo, and the last was done conventionally.

I like travel tattoos because they have good stories.

I want a hand tapped maori tattoo.

Two questions: What was your overall impression of the cleanliness of the tattooing process? Did they follow blood safety protocol?

If the body is the house of the soul, what's wrong with a forearm, say, adorned with a tropical flower or with a palm tree under a deep blue sky, suggesting the body is glad to recall its stay in Eden, whether or not the soul regards that episode as relevant now.
