All your need: - tin foil - hollow pen tube or equivalent (avoid drinking straws, they tend to melt under the intense temperature of the vapors, and you'll be inhaling plastic) - lighter - vaporizable substance (I have used this technique with great success of keif, jwh, and opium)
apply flame 1/2-1 in away from bottom of "finger pit", wait for substance to heat up and produce vapors, once you see/smell/hear them, start inhaling. The vapors can get VERY VERY VERY HOT, but the tinfoil itself cools to room temperature in seconds once flame is cut off. Avoid direct contact of flame to tinfoil, this may cause burning. Enjoy
good point, writer forgot to mention it but if u try this do not let the aluminum get to hot!! overly hot aluminum is completely unpredictable!!!!!!
yes regular weed can be used, just grind it as fine as you can, preferably flour consistency. unless you are applying flame directly to the tin foil, you should not be burning any part of the device during the process. you can see yourself when you inspect the remains afterwards. if you burn it, it's real easy to tell, smoke will be much yuckier and darker, and the tin foil will get badly burnt. so just don't light that close and it's no problem. and yeah buy quality name brand tin foil.
yeah breathing in the polymer spray the apply to tinfoil yay. i mean if you freebasing something bad anyway who ares but regardless if your gonna do it the canoe method allows you to use your product soo much more conseratively
I figure its good and fast if you want to TRY vaporizing.. I use a oil incense burner for hash, but this is nice for bud, but don't due it every day because of the foil. You can even taste something funny about the vapor.. EDIT/TRIAL: Gave it a try. I held the flame under the tin foil for 5 seconds before using it, in hopes to burn off chemicals. Loaded a half of a bowl and lit up! It began to vaporizer in about 5 seconds, worked well.. I'm feeling pretty high, defiantly a feeling of vaporizer high. I don't think I'll use this method again, though.
You don't burn the tin foil, you only heat it up enough to vaporize the product in the tin foil it's the only way to properly vaporize weed using paintbrush drawn flames. this is not a replacement for a proper vaporizer this is what to do when you've got nothing else. If done properly it is totally safe and effective, this is no different than baking something on a tin foil sheet. Would you refuse to eat something that had been cooked on a tin foil sheet, because of alzheimers or polymers? no, because tin foil is made in a way that you can heat it up very hot without liberating any toxic compounds. As long as you are not applying direct flame, and you are not obviously burning the tin foil (bad smell, black smoke, black tinfoil), this is a quick and easy way to vaporize something in a jam.
