a little germ infest of love

    I just got back from seeing my doctor, and he said im going to be hacking, sneezing and feeling just plain awful for 2-3 weeks..oh yes...the joy.
    I was just wondering if any of you can reccommend ways to speed a long this healing process, so I can get back to my classes and my life without imitating a zombie like slump whenever I interact with the outside world.
    Teas?...Remedies?....Anything would be most appreciated.

    Sleep and relaxation will help. Also, chicken soup, echinacea, golden seal and green tea(stick to decaff if you need sleep) can help some. Try to drink lots of fluids(non-caffinated and non-alcoholic). Hope yo feel better!
