I held my foot up to my forearm and my forearm was much longer.

However, knowing Shaggie for a while and trusting that he's a reasonable man, I got out my measuring tape. From toe to heel, 9 1/2 inches. From wrist to elbow, 9 1/2 inches.

That's a fun fact.
