argyreia nervosa seeds

i just ordered some argyreia nervosa ghana seeds and i was just wondering how many to take and whats the best to take them

 

Usually the first dosage would be 3 seeds and then decide how many to take next time. When i first tried them i took 5, chewed them a lot before seeds found their way into my stomach. Many people say that the best way is to eat them with yoghourt

 

Oh god damn, i didn't read the FAQ before... 3 seeds are what they say all over the internet. Trying to think before posting..
