the only way she could get pregnant is if the semen LEAKED OUT OF HER ANUS and INTO HER VAGINA, then ALL THE WAY UP TO AN EGG, and successfully fertilized it. HIGHLY unlikely. Your colon will absorb any nutrients in the semen but the sperm cells themselves will simply be shat out or chill in the colon until they die a few days later. You can't absorb sperm cells in your colon and have them get to an egg lol. There is no possibility of that.

The chance of it happening is very very slim. Not impossibly just highly improbable.
