Just got my hands on a ton of Dilaudid

How should I do these pills? I've snorted them before, but what is the most effective way for these? Also how many mg should I take at once for it to be worth it?

i heard dillys best ROA is IV but I dont suggest it. I recommend snorting or simply eating them.

 

the bioavaibility is a bit higher if you rail them compared to oral - everyone talks about IV'ing them but I can't imagine sticking a bunch of fillers in your veins is gonna do anything but harm.
