Actually it does....... red meat would substain you longer then any other single food source although avocados are also very close to supplying you with a majority of your dietary requirements.

I should know.... i almost died as a child from eating a whole bottle of flintstone vitamins (well I did feed some to the dog)..... had to get my stomach pumped and 2 days in the hospital.

 

You'd get scurvy, the prognosis of scurvy is death without being treated with vitamin C. An all meat diet is the most likely to kill you the quickest.

There is no such food. I think the closest would be meat, since I know that Owsley has eaten very little else since 1966 and he's pretty healthy the last time I saw him. I say that even tho I haven't had any meat since 1975.

 

Cereal...though I'm not sure I could live with the heartburn.

 

So its not just me that gets heartburn from Cereal?? I've always thought it was weird I had to hit the tums every time I eat a bowl of cocoa pebbles.

 

All I ate before work yesterday was Corn Pops, Cheetos, and some Cheez-its (lol, C day!), and I had the most wicked heartburn ever.
