OK so ordering british troops to go to war in iraq resulting in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of iraqi people doesn't count. It's ok because, contrary to powells ideals, he opened to floodgates to economic labour exploitation,which as we can all see was of great benefit to everyone.

 

You are talking about a cause and it's effects, I think. Not orders.
